Jeremy Saccardi

Originally from New Jersey, Jeremy is a hospitality industry veteran with over 20 years experience. Having worked in such diverse locales as Las Vegas, Santa Barbara, Sarasota and Costa Rica, he now resides in the Palm Springs area where bon meez is based.

Jeremy has worked under such celebrated chefs as Charlie Palmer, Kerry Simon, Jean Joho, Jan Birnbaum and Cat Cora. The direct exposure to their different perspectives on cuisine has allowed him to develop his own unique approach to presentation and flavors.

Having been at the helm of several kitchens and multi-faceted venues across a wide spectrum of the industry has also enabled him to become adept at the day-to-day operations and genuine guest service that a thriving business requires to be successful.

All of these skill sets are blended into what is now bon meez.
